To access the IT Self-Service portal, open your web browser (Chrome or Edge), go to the top left of your screen and you'll see a folder call Vistry Links. Click top open it, you'll be presented with the below menu, now select IT Self-Service.
You will now see the below screen. To view your open/pending or closed tickets, click on Tickets:
This will now provide a view of all your tickets and show the status of them.
You can set the parameters to show only your open or pending tickets and change how it's sorted
To view the progress or add comments, click on the relevant ticket and you will see all activity relating to your ticket.
If there is any activity on your ticket you will be notified by email. To access from the email, simply click on the link provided.
