Installation Instructions for Galliford Try Devices
First, ensure your iOS is fully up to date.
Open the App Store on your Phone
Search for ‘Dynamics 365 for Phones’
Tap the ‘GET’ button and install the app (it is free)
Close the ‘Apps’ Window and find the Dynamics 365 Icon (this may take a little time to appear)
Click the ‘Dynamics 365’ App Icon
Important Step
This Window will appear
Click on the text
‘Sign in with a web address instead’
Click in the Text Box and the Keyboard will be displayed
Important Step
Enter the Live/Production System Link Text as follows
https://vistry.crm11.dynamics.com
Click on the blue arrow
Click just above the blue line and enter your
Account Name as detailed below…
Bovis Sales Teams use your Bovis Homes Email Address
Linden Personnel use your Vistry Email Address
Click Next
Click just above the blue line and enter your respective Bovis Homes or Vistry Account Password
Click Sign in

Click the Bovis Sales Icon

The following window will be displayed
Click the Update Button
The ‘Offline Updates’ will be downloaded
Please Note that this may take a while to start
Do not do anything with your Phone during the Download
This Download may take some time to complete depending on your Local Wi-Fi Connection
The Percentage Count will continue rising
When 100% is reached the Download will have been completed
Congratulations
You have successfully installed and configured the ‘Keys Mobile App for Phones’ and can now access and use the Live Keys System from your Mobile Phone
