Keys/Dynamics 365 Mobile App Reconfiguration


If you are experiencing issues with the Dynamics 365 for Phones app, often reconfiguring the app will resolve any issues.


To do this, you will need to complete the following steps:


Reconfigure within Keys app

Firstly start my opening the app:


Once you've opened the app, you should expand the hamburger menu in the top left:



This will then load the menu of the app you're using, select the person icon in the top left corner:



This will then load your user profile, from here select Reconfigure:



From here, you should enter the Keys URL (https://vistry.crm11.dynamics.com/) follow the instructions 



Then you should select your account or log in using a new login as per the below screenshot:


Then you should be able to select the correct application:




Keys and Vistry Apps not appearing


If you have logged in successfully but either do not see any of the Keys or Vistry apps, it might be that you have not logged in using the web address or logged in using an account that is not registered  


In order to resolve these issues, you will need to sign out and reconfigure the app.


To do so, you should select the cog icon in the top left hand corner:




Then click the Sign out button:



This should then take you to the login screen, please ensure that you select Sign in with a web address instead




Then you should select your account or log in using a new login as per the below screenshot:



Then you should be able to select the correct application:
