This process will run through how to add a shared mailbox to your Vistry iPhone or iPad
Process
To add a shared mailbox to your Vistry iPhone or iPad you must first have access to this mailbox on your Outlook (desktop). You can check by viewing the left-hand side of your Outlook. If you cannot see the mailbox, please raise a ticket to request this.
Once you have access, please follow the below steps to add this onto your Vistry iPhone or iPad
01. Open the Outlook app on your device |
02. Tap on the circle in the top left-hand corner and then tap on the settings cog on the bottom left |
03. Tap on "Add Email Account" and then tap on "Add Shared Mailbox" |
04. Enter the email address of the shared mailbox and tap "Add Shared Mailbox" |
05. You should now see the mailbox has been added to your accounts. It'll be showing under Email Accounts |
06. Close this window and you now see your shared mailbox appear underneath your personal inbox. You can toggle between the 2 or select "All Accounts" and view together |
