How to Clear COINS Web Defaults
This will clear several problems that can appear on COINS Including:
- Unable to add attachments (Error Messages)
- Screen not displaying correctly within COINS (Missing Results on the screen, missing search bar etc).
Process
Hover over the dropdown arrow next to your name, in the top right corner on COINS.
Then Click on "User Preferences"
In the box that opens, click on "Clear Defaults" in the top right corner. Then close and re-open your web browsers.
Once you have closed and re-opened your web browser, go back to COINS and check if you are still having the same problem.
