This is a solution that will assist you if you are unable to access your 4Build app.


Process


To get your 4Build app working again, please check the below instructions


Check you have the latest IOS

1. To do this go to the Settings App 


                   		2. Tap on General


                         		 3. Tap on Software update


                     		4. And check for updates


                            




Check all your apps are up to date

1. To do this go to your App Store


                     		2. Tap the top right circle


                         		3. Scroll down for any updates


                

           






Make sure you are logged in to the Company Portal

1. To do this, open "Comp Portal"







                     		2. And make sure you are signed in

                               

3. Once you are signed in, it should look like the below

                           





Providing you are logged in to the Company Portal, the PowerApps will automatically sign you in for 4Build

1. Open PowerApps



                              		2. Tap on 4Build

                                   
                                                     

 3. 4Build will then open up
