To access the IT Self-Service portal, open your web browser (Chrome or Edge), go to the top left of your screen and you'll see a folder call Vistry Links. Click top open it, you'll be presented with the below menu, now select IT Self-Service.


You will now see the below screen. Click on Service Catalogue





On the left hand side you will see Service Categories, select "Hardware Request"





There should be one Service Request that will appear called "Hardware Request Form", click on "Request Now" 




In the hardware request form, there are currently three sections to this request and is split up in to the following sections: 



1. The first section outlines the companies Agile Working Policy which you must adhere to as the current policy that is in place. This section also has the standard "Delivery For Attention Of" which will be your name and a contact number underneath. 


If you are requesting your item(s) to be delivered to a head office, please choose the nearest head office to you under the dropdown field "Please select the nearest Head Office address for delivery". 


If you require the item(s) to be delivered to site, please select "Send to another address" within the dropdown list and complete all the mandatory address fields. Please ensure that you provide the What3Words Location to aid the couriers. See point 2 for more information




2. In the Deliveries for Site & Sales Offices section you will need read the below section to provide the What3Words location, that will be attached to your order. We have introduced the What3Words section on this form as this is the easiest way to describe any precise location for guaranteed delivery. Please complete the address boxes and provide a detailed business reason as to why you require the item(s) you have requested. 



3. Once you have completed the delivery information fields, now you can select the item(s) you require. 



Please note, that some of the items may ask for additional information. Anything to you have requested will also be listed in the top right hand corner. 




If you require an item that is not list on section 3, go back to section 2. Under the "Please explain the reason for your request" field there is an option for you to raise a ticket "If you require something that isn't listed below, please click here and raise a ticket specifying what you require"




Once you have completed the request, click on "Place Request" in the top right hand corner





This is automatically sent to your Line Manager for approval. If approval has been received this is then passed on to our Service Delivery Technicians to process your order.


If your Line Manager has rejected your request the ticket will automatically close and you'll receive an email explaining why. Our normal delivery estimates are 2-5 working days, but there may be times when this is longer than anticipated.
