To access the IT Self-Service portal, open your web browser (Chrome or Edge), go to the top left of your screen and you'll see a folder call Vistry Links. Click top open it, you'll be presented with the below menu, now select IT Self-Service.
You will now see the below screen. Click on Service Catalog
There are 3 ways you can find what you require:
- Scroll through all the items shown
- Use the Search Box
- Click on Hardware Requests and this will provide you with all the items under "hardware" that you can request
When you've found the item you require, hover over it, click on "Request Now" and then complete the request and click "Place Request"
Once you have placed your request, this is automatically sent to your Line Manager for approval. Once this is received a member of the IT Team will contact you to install the software. If this is rejected then the ticket will automatically close and you'll receive an email explaining why.
