The self-service portal has a solutions section which allows you to search for documents relating to any issues you may be experiencing as well as handy how-to guides. 


As soon as you open the IT Self-Service Portal you will see a search box under "How can we help you today?"



You can start typing in here to search for a solution or how to guide; the more you type, the more specific the results will be.


Select the solution you require and then this will open in a new window. You will also see "related articles" listed on the left-hand side
