Installing from the Apple App Store


If the Dynamics 365 app doesn't appear within the Company Portal list of apps. We can download this app from the App Store:



From here, were should search for Dynamics 365 for phones in the search option in the bottom right of the screen. Once this loads, we'll need to download the app using either the GET optionĀ or the re-download cloud icon


Once this has downloaded, we can move onto the next step for configuring the application:


Configure your Dynamics 365 app

Once you've downloaded the app, we will need to sign in and configure the app to be able to access the Vistry Keys system. Once you open the app for the first time, you will need to Sign in with a web address instead:



From here, it should load a second screen of which present you with an option to fill in the web address for the Vistry Keys environment. Here you will need to enter the following link:


https://vistry.crm11.dynamics.com/



Once this has been entered, we need to continue to the next screen by clicking the next arrow:


From this next screen, it should open up the Microsoft Authenticator application on your phone, we will need to chose the existing account if you have set this up with the Microsoft Authenticator otherwise you will need to sign in manually using the the add icon in the top right of the screen:


This should then load the next screen of which you will be prompted to log in with either your Bovis Homes or Vistry account (whichever is associated with your Keys account):



If you are successful with your login, then you should see a Dynamics loading screen:



This will then be followed by a list of the apps available to your account. The apps that are created by Vistry will be the following three apps:

  • Keys Mobile
  • Vistry Care
  • Vistry Sales
