Installation instructions for iPhone

To start we will need to download the Power Apps application from either the Company Portal or the Apple App Store:



From within the App Store, we will need to use the search option to search for the Microsoft Power Apps application:





The Power Apps app should then download and appear on one of you home screens or within the App Library:





Configuring the app on an iPhone


Once the app has been downloaded, there are a few steps that we need to take to configure the application for the Quality Survey app. We should start by opening the app:


Once you’ve opened this app, you should be prompted to log in using your @vistry.co.uk account login details:




If you have the Microsoft Authenticator app installed onto your device, you may select your Vistry account from this dropdown, if it is not available. Please select the Plus icon (+):




Once you have signed in successfully, you should might be asked whether you want to allow/don’t allow notifications, from here please select Allow:




Once you have signed in, you will need to find the Quality Survey app. To enable this to appear in the list, you will need to select the menu in the top left corner:





Once this expands, you will need to select the option to Show non-production apps:




A pop-up might appear and request for you to confirm that you want to see non-production apps, click confirm:




You will know if this has now confirmed after the switch to Show non-production apps has turned green:




Once you have completed these steps, you will need to choose the All Apps option from the dropdown menu:




You should then use the search option in the top right corner to find the Quality Survey app:




You will need to select the option for Vistry Homes (User Acceptance Testing) with the purple icon:




On the next screen, you might be prompted to give access to the camera application:




When you've logged in and given the necessary app permissions, you should then be taken through to the app:
