Deactivate Xbitz

 

Launch Dynamics365 using the following URL: -

 

https://vistry.crm11.dynamics.com/main.aspx

 

Select Sales / Settings / Customizations: -

 

 

 

Select Customize the System: -

 

 

 

 

 

Select Sdk Message Processing Steps: -

 

 

 

Select the space next to Name twice to order Z-A, select Xbitz and then select Deactivate: -

 

 

Modify Contacts Counter

 

Select Advanced Find, select the Counters table and run the query: -

 

 

 

From the list presented select the contact record: -

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This is the current position: -

 

 

 

Although this is the current value Xbitz thinks this is now incorrect so the solution is to add 1,000 to this value and save it: -

 

 

 

Start by increasing the value by 1,000 but if the message persists then increase it again by 5,000 or even 10,000.

 

 

 

 

 

Activate Xbitz

 

Return to Sdk Message Processing Steps, select the space next to Name twice to order Z-A, select Xbitz and then select Activate: -
