COINS How to add an additional Purchaser to a Plot / Reservation in COINS.
COINS Web service only allows 2 purchasers to come across from Keys. If their are a 3rd or 4th Purchaser, they will need to be manually added in COINS.
Process
Open COINS and select the KCO where the Development / plot is. You will need to find out from the requester the KCO, Contract/Site Number and plot number.
In the Menu, go to HB CRM -> Sales -> Sales Workbench. You can also find it in your desktop tiles.
In the search bar at the bottom of the page, type the Contract Number and then click the filter button. Alternatively, you can find it in the list.
Next find the Plot number by locating it in the list or by searching with the filter:
Open the plot by clicking on the blue hyperlink.
Then go to the “Reservation” Tab -> then the “Purchasers” tab.
To add another Purchaser, click on the “+Add” button at the bottom of the page.
Clear the Contact Details by clicking the “X” on the right-hand side, you will then be able to enter the Purchasers Name:
Now click on the three dots on the right-hand side to add the Purchasers Contact Details (including address, contact details etc).
Enter the information you have been provided for the user and click on the save button:
Next, set the “Purchaser Status” (You will also need this information from the requester).
Finally, click the Save button to Save the changes you have made:
You will now see the new Purchaser in the list in COINS:
Notes
You can also apply the action at the bottom "Set as main Contact" if necessary. This will set whoever is ticked as the Main Contact in COINS and Purchaser 1 in Keys.
