If the keyboard does not launch or users are unable to open or login to Biosite it is likely not connected to WiFi or the password for Guest is incorrect.


The user will need to connect to Guest if the device does not connect to "Mobiles" or ask for a 4G SIM Card from Nuvoli.


WiFi can be access from Single app Kiosk mode, but if not, the main settings can be access by pressing the Back button several times, then exiting from Kiosk Mode - Go into settings - WiFi - Connect to WiFi
