
Process – NEW Outlook Version
On the left-hand side of outlook, select the “People” tab.
Then click the arrow next to “New Contact” and then click on “New contact list”
This will open a window that looks like the below.
Under “Contact list name” The “Name” box is where you enter the name you want the list to be called.
Then under “add email addresses” you can start typing the person’s name and then select their name
Repeat this process to add specific people then click “save” once you’re done. It will then appear in your contacts list.
There is no easy way to bulk upload to the new version of outlook, so we recommend that if you want to create lists, you revert to the old version of outlook and follow the steps above.

You can share your own groups with other people, but please be aware that if you make any changes to your group, you will need to reshare as this will not update automatically
