This document will show you how to listen to call recordings, add tags, add comments and to export them
Process
Logging in
To login, please go to https://vistry.clarifygo.com/Account/Login?ReturnUrl=%2F and enter your username and password. Vistry IT will provide this to you
Recording Activity
This page is divided into different categories:
- Live Stats
- Today's Stats
- Last Seven Days
Accessing the Search Recordings Page
Navigate to the Menu Icon: Click on the menu icon located in the top left corner of the screen.
Select Search: From the dropdown menu, choose the Search option.
Click on Search Recordings: This will take you to the search recordings page.
On the search recordings page, you will see the recordings for the current day. The following information is displayed from left to right:
- Date and Time
- Call Type
- From Number/User
- To Number/User
- Participants
- Duration
Filtering Calls
At the top of the page, you will find dropdown menus to help filter calls. The filters, listed from left to right, include:
- Date and Time
- Detail: This includes call type (incoming, outgoing, or internal) and duration.
- Screen Recording
- Numbers: This covers phone numbers, extension/agent numbers, and hunt groups.
- Comments and Tags: This feature will be explained later in this guide.
Playback of Recordings
Once you find the recording you wish to play back, follow these steps:
- Click the Orange Button: This will start the playback of the recording.
- Playback Controls: The recording will load at the bottom of the window. Here, you can use the selection feature to:
- Mask Audio
- Save Selection
- Loop Selection
To select a portion of the audio, left click and drag over the desired section, then choose one of the options mentioned above.
Using comments and tags
Tagging a Recording
Click the Tag Icon: On one of the recordings, click the tag icon.
Enter a Tag: For example, enter "test" to tag the recording. This will highlight the tag icon.
Search for Tagged Recordings: To find recordings with this tag, select Comments and Tags at the top, choose "test," and click Update. This will display the tagged recording.
Adding Comments
Click the Comment Icon: On the recording, click the comment icon.
Add a Comment: Enter your comment (e.g., "test").
Search for Commented Recordings: To find recordings with comments, select Comments and Tags at the top, type "test" in the comments field, and click Update. The recording you commented on will be displayed.
Exporting Recordings
To export a recording, follow these steps:
Add to Queue: Click the dropdown menu icon beside the play button and select Add to Queue.
Export the Recording: Once the recording has been added to the queue, click the Export button in the bottom left and select Export All. The recording will be exported to your downloads folder on your PC.
If you wish to export multiple recordings at once:
Add More Calls to the Queue: Select another call and click Add to Queue.
Export All: Once all desired calls have been added to the queue, select Export and then Export All. All selected calls will be saved to your downloads folder.
